Bigger alloys

hi guys, just a quick question.

I have an audi a1 13 plate sportback.

At the moment its got 17 inch alloys and tyres.. I am thinking to upgrade them to a bigger size (18inch alloys). Would this be possible? I know its a stupid question but want to know the answer before I go ahead and purchase them!

The 185bhp A1 runs 18-inch as STD. Check your tyre inflation chart and you should see the same as mine:
