B5 TIP V2 vs V3

Ebay: V2 £180 V3 £125 Was finally thinking of getting me one but both versions look the same - any real difference (apart from the price!)?

v2 and v2.2 have a billet adapter on the turbo

v3 is tapering silicone.

V2 stays 80mm for longer, arguably better in that respect.

billet version is stepless internal bore so the most undisturbed airflow
very close performing is the V3..

Choice is to suit budget

Both give very nice gains

I so need to buy a V2.2, just funds are being spent elsewhere on the car at the moment :-(
