This has been booked for some time now and deposits are paid, anyone with an interest in attending should PM me and i will send details.
Please note that balances of payments should be paid in full by 12th Feb 2003, whereon you will recieve an information pack and a registration form for the day.
Monies will not be taken on the day, due to the lack of facilities to do so. If you do not recieve you information pack then you will not be allowed to drive on the day.
So please make sure that you have paid well in advance.

Since all the posts were lost when the old server went down do we have an up to date list of who's attending? And more importantly have we reached critical mass?

There was also a indemnity insurance fee to be paid which was to be additional, JR was to post details - any update !

This is notice that the balances of the remainder anre now due...
So anyone who has paid £50 should now send the remaining £50 but also an extra £17.50 for Public Indemnity
Total £67.50.
Anyone paying £100 will now be due an etra £17.50 payment.
Anyone who still has not paid £117.70 is due....
If moneys are not here by the end of February then that person will not be allowed on the the track on the day.
This is so all payments can be made to CC on the due date which is 02/03/03...
Can i remind also that if this is not paid in full by that date then will forfit our deposit.
