DIY Headlight Adjustment

Please can you advise how I adjust the alignment of my drivers-side headlight? It has been pointing straight down since I changed a bulb on that side a few weeks ago.

P.s. I've checked the connections to the auto-levelling sensors and all is working normally. Both headlight motors move, it's the reflective casing of the headlight that needs sorting..

There is a guide on here but you will need to search for it mate... basically involves removing the levelling motor on the light in question and dismantling it to clean the bits that cause the problem...
