replacing bulbs

Hi chaps, does anyone know how to change the bulbs in a concert radio? I have lost the lights on the left hand side of the radio and think it is just the bulb blown.

I may be wrong but I expect that the stereo uses surface mount LED's for its illumination. As half of the unit is not lighting up you either have a blown resistor or a single LED thats faulty on the circuit.

oh no that sounds bad, can it be fixed or am i best to live with it ?

It can be fixed...where are you based? If your around Leeds I can look at it for you.

Just checking before i take the radio out, its not the lights on the display, but the ones behind the am/fm buttons and the one behind the power on/off knob. are they still leds ?

They will be...I think the light is too red to be a bulb and a filter.
