I know I've been a bit quiet on the boards recently so the newbies won't know me, but for those who have known me for a while it's an end of an era.
Kitty is finally hanging up her car keys and going back to the leasing company (in English, my S3 company car lease has come to an end and she is going back tomorrow!)
It's been an interesting 2 years, I've discovered that Audi's are NOT reliable, that Audi Dealers are NOT competent, but that S3's are huge amounts of fun and I will miss her very much.
So thanks to everyone on the boards who has helped me out over the last 2 years (through failures of the DV, coil packs, boot mechanism, windows, air con radiator fan, indicator relays, cruise control, centre console, timing chain and oil leaks, bodywork vandalism, speeding points and spirited drives).
I would recommend the S3 to anybody as a fun car, but I'm making the move away from Audi (in large part due to the poor service from the dealers, and in part because I wanted a sports car) to a Honda S2000.
Thanks also to AmD for the help they've given me over the last 2 years, fixing faults caused by dealers and generally being patient with all my numpty questions and queries!
So thanks again, keep in touch - I won't be on the Audi boards so much now - and happy driving !!!!!
