facelift headlight adjustment?

i know the adjusters towards the middle of the car adjust the dip beam up and down but what do the outer ones do?

Only change you need to make is that UK uses 1.0% declination, not 0.7%

My dipped alignment is spot on (just had the MOT), but how do you alter the MAIN beam direction...? My high beamns are all over the place!
