Tiny oil spots on bumper

Can anyone help me please.

Juyst had the turbo changed, done roughly 1k miles since.

Have noticed that there are a few oil spots on the rear bumper. Was like this before turbo went also. Also sooty dust on bumper.

I checked the oil yesterday and would say its used approx 1/4 litre in 1k miles which i believe is not too bad. Also using Synta Silver Oil.

Does anyone know what is causing this? I have little or no confidence in the car now due to having to replace the turbo. Would be nice to know nothing major is wrong.

Oily deposits from the exhaut. This happens with unburnt fuel too. clean it off and see how it is with the new turbo.

mine used to do this when it was running a bit too rich.

Id just give it a clean and keep an eye on it. If the old turbo was shot, that could have been the cause.
