remap... without other mods?

Hi all ... new here, so first of all hello!

I have been hunting through threads here looking to the answer to this question, but haven't found any definitive answers (apologies if they are there and I've just missed them)

I have owned my '03 plate s3 for 2 years and love it... however it is 100% standard, and I am getting a bit used to the power now and fancy a few extra horses...

Revo remap looks like the way forward for me... but am pretty strapped for cash at the mo, so am wanting to know if it is wise to go for a stage 1 revo map without uprating anything else (specificaly brakes, suspension)? Will the car take it as standard?

You will be absolutely fine on standard running gear with a Stage 1 map.

If you plan to go further then you may want to start thinking about upgrading certain components, but I can't see you having any problems yet.

See this link 1 place left on group buy looks like will be closing today for the St3 from chipped uk - stores upto 3 x switchable maps similar to Reevo but £299 for today at least !
