Does anyone have the part number for the Audi Concert 2 Stereo\CD that will fit into a 1999 S3?

I believe that later versions of the Concert 2 won't fit in exactly. And that the the Concert 2 from A2\A3\TT will fit in.

Did a search of the forum but couldn't find any part numbers.

Audi part # 8E0 035 186 (European spec A4, with chrome trim)
Audi part # 4B0 057 186 (European spec A6, no chrome trim)

• 2002-2004 Audi TT
• Single version, programmable for standard or Bose equalization
• DIN standard size body with wide face plate

Does anyone know if this will fit into a 99 S3 (connection and facia)?

Has anyone got any experience with these reconditioned stereos? Is the problem still there i.e. it will resurface again after a year or two?

Anyone got any experiences with replacing the Concert 1 with Concert 2?

Or with the refurbished Concert 1's from Audi on ebay?
