Retrofitted cupholder

I'm sorry to resurrect an old thread, and ask a questions which has probably already been answered but I can't seem to see it.

I've just done this mod myself but i've got a double din head unit so i've ran into the issue whereby the plastic 'button' if you like with the drinks icon on, is slightly bigger than the previous card holder. I've seen people MOD these to fit, i'm just wondering if anyone knows is there a genuine bit of trim that fit's over the cup holder with the double din unit?
