I already did a search for this on the forum and could not find anything,

I have a B7 A4 2.0tfsi quattro and have a rough clutch biting point when changing gears....it always seems to happen....car has done 21k miles but did the same even when it had 14k on the clock when I bought it.

I thought it was me but someone else drove the car and it was the same .

is this a common fault ?

I've done 23k from new in my A4 2.0T FSi Quattro and the clutch is and always been fine.

Check with the local dealer?

Hi there. I've got an 08 2.0TFSI Special Edition and mine does exactly the same. I'd be interested to hear what you find out, and whether it'll cause any problems.

Got the answer.....its a software issue...during gear change the revs do not drop quick enough there is a software update avaliable from Audi but it will make pick up more docile and the car will feel slower as I am told by my friend at Audi....I have not had it done yet
