Anti-Corrosion Warranty Issue!?? 10 years or 12 years??

Hi All,

been to Audi past few days for the anti-corrosion warranty along the roof sills thing and they got back to me to say that my cars only covered under the ten years warranty and not the 12??

are they trying to fob me off? its a 1997 model 1.6.

read the warranty book.. they dont know jack, my book says in black and white 12 years.

they tried telling me 7 years LOL

It's 12 years on cars built 1997 onwards I think, go onto ww.audi.co.uk and do a search om galvanised body or something like that.

The date of first registration was 17/10/1997 so does it come under the 12 year one then??

I checked the link and it doesn't mention after what date it changed to 12-year??
