I kind of see where you're coming from but overall it looks nothign like it, thankfully.
Although im not a jag fan, and ithink that new one looks like such an old mans car too
IT does look really like the big lexus saloon tho (GS?) which for some reason i do like.

Actually there is a link between the Daewoo Leganza and Jaguar, but the previous generation model rather than the new one.
When Jaguar were first contemplating a modern S-Type in the early 1990s, Italdesign (Guigiaro) submitted a design called the "Kensington" as a possible for the new S-Type. Jaguar rejected it in favour of an in-house design, and the Kensington was then sold to Daewoo, who used it the basis for the Leganza, albeit somewhat modified.
