temp sensor?

hi can anyone help my car has started to judder under acceleration i thought it would be the maf so installed a recon bosch from euro car parts a little better the car flies when stone cold but after 5 mins starts to judder as if the nock sensor is cutting in and the temp guague is only climbing to 60-70 on the guague is it the sensor causing the problem as i know that it has somthing to do with the ecu any help greatly appeciated thanks.sorry to say the car is a 96 a4 1.8turbo aeb

deffo swap out the old black 4 pin temp sender for the newer revised green one, around £20 posted.Will make the world of difference
