S3 Respray. How Much, Blow Over?

Brought my S3, looked nice, till when i was just polishing it. I go a good deal on it, but not happy with the paint, its really swirly and looks tired, just been out buffing it like crazy, but no joy...

So how much for a Respray or a Blow Over?

Looking at 'detailing' such as Polished Bliss can do a excellent job in sorting it out £300-500. Looking to get a polisher to try and get a few swirls out instead of elbow grease £50-£100. To get a full respray is anything from £1k+

Ive got a Mop, and used to do professional valeting, but the swirls are like under the layer of paint, strange..
