Audi stereo and cd changer

Hey everyone im thinking about selling my audi concert stereo with a 6 disc cd changer in full working order but was unsure what they go for these days! Any ideas?

I have seen a few in the classifieds but not sure if they actually were sold for the prices they were advertisted
any info would be great cheers everyone.
