When i first start my s3 the passenger speaker is distorted as if it ripped/blown then after a hour or so it becomes clear again what could this be

cheers

Does it always start bad and then get better?

It could be a dodgy bit of wire/wiring, but that generaly wouldn't always start bad and get better. It could just be intermittantly good/bad depending on how the wire wobbled.

Im gonna try and take the door card off but as its new i dont want to break anything il give it a wack in the mornin see what happens

Mine does this Too Peakey . sometimes its fine then other days distorted noise!

It won't be the speaker - they either work or not. It'll most probably be a dry solder joint somehwere on the feeble Audi rear amp inside the sub enclosure. As the amp heats up it overcomes the problem and you get clean sound.
No way round it really but to take the sub and amp apart and resolder the PCB.
