Its part of the actual hazzard light switch mate, the relays are all built into it (well, Im sure they all, all other Vws and Audis are now)

i guess it's a radio out job to be able to unclip the trim?
I have noticed it 'blips' evey now and then so i suspect it's going to fail soon.
(blips - the flashing is not constant rate all the time. i'd say about 10% it does something funny)

If you take the radio out there are 2 screws behind it that you take out to remove the plastic trim, then you need to try and push the switch forward from underneath, its not hard but quite fiddly. i think they are about 30 quid.
