Ive been around most forums for a while but never properly joined Audi-Sport.net so thoughts id take the plunge and join and say hello.
After a few Audis over the years have now increased my collection and hopefully will share woes and successes (blood, sweat and tears...and ££) and get some worthwhile advice from everyone's experiences.
Current Fleet:
2005 A4 B7 3.2 FSi Quattro Sline Manual, Black
1999 A4 B5 1.8T Quattro Sport - (Ex Audi Press car) Green
2005 A3 8P 2.0T FSi Quattro Sport - Manual Blue
Ex- Fleet:
2012 A3 1.6TDi Sline Black
2003 A4 B6 3.0 Quattro Sport Avant Silver
1999 A4 B5 A4 1.8T Quattro Sport Black
1992 80 2.0E Avant Red
Currently refreshing the B5 TQS to get back on the road and an engine re-build on the A3 following a timing chain let go. A4 B7 is the daily driver had the pain of the timing chains so a top end re-build and refresh and stage 1 with Milltek system.
With current new A3 project being fairly new platform to play with ill be looking up lots of threads for key items. key is to to get the engine back to strength and start the mods, I've been looking at the old Revo A3 track car and like the look and idea and set up of the 400+ bhp but will see how we get on with that.
Current TQS is being nursed back to heath following a 9 year lay-up and rescue from a back garden, currently new OEM fuel pump unit, brake clean-up and piston release ahead of full replacement and Bilstein shock all corners. New job - water pump, alternator, belts and full service and then windscreen replacement.
