Hi, my partner has a 2012 3.0tdi q7.
Whilst driving the temp gauge fluctuates going from 90 to 75 and back up to 90 again and keeps repeating this. Makes no difference if air con is on or not. Can be driving steady at 70mph or driving around town. The odd thing is it doesn't do it during the colder weather. It seems to be when it gets to 15 Celsius plus it starts doing it. Bought the car last February and started doing it last summer. Stopped during the winter and I noticed it again today. Obviously she doesn't notice it so I can't pin point if there is any exact conditions. I only really drive it at the weekend as she needs the big car during the week for the kids. Any one have any sort of ideas. Any garages don't really have an answer without wanting to spend hours diagnosing or just changing all sensors and thermostats.
