I have an Audi S3 8p 2007.
Having a whine coming from my differential at 50mph+. All the symptoms point to the diff so I'm pretty happy (or unhappy) it's that. I've heard there are some bearings that can go but you need special tools to remove / fit them, does anyone know somewhere that can do work like this? I'm based in Hertfordshire Essex area but happy to send it off.
I believe the part number for my car is OAV525010K. If anyone can confirm this that would be great, also am I able to fit any other part number diff on my car?
Any leads on people who might do this work / have a second hand one would be much appreciated.
