Ok, have only just registered after seeing something I would like to buy in the classifieds. But don’t seem to be able to reply to the ad or PM the member.
what am I supposed to do ?

I think PM are restricted until you have made at least 5-10 posts, not sure about replies though .Sure admin or moderator will be along shortly

You need at least 15 posts to be able to pm.

I'm curious about how established members feel these restrictions have impacted the quality of interactions and the community's atmosphere? Do you find that it significantly reduces spam and promotes more meaningful conversations?

These rules are in place to protect everyone.
