MPG issue

Hi guys

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem, but my car isn’t counting it’s mpg? Not on the short term or long term memory. It is however counting how long it’s been driven for.
Got the digital dash and even the consumption meter isn’t reading anything.

Any ideas?

Hi Guys so an update, on my S3 from 2017(66 plate) that has the MPG issue, it isn’t counting the mileage hence it can’t calculate the MPG.

As far as I’m aware it hasn’t been tampered with(plugged into Carly and that says no tampering found) but I guess the only way is to plug it in to a proper VCDS and get the mileage from the ecu?

Could it be a sensor or the sign of a much bigger issue?
