Next job - Drivers side door wiring harness, repair or replace?

Howdy all, managed to get the matrix issue sorted, onto the next! so as per my previous post alot of the features on the drivers door were not working (lock, mirror etc) so i took a look at the wiring between the A pillar and drivers door, and low and behold a snapped wire. (not sure if there is more damaged wires further inside the door)

Can any one point me to a DIY to fix this and if there is a kit i can buy on ebay or something? If anyone has had success fixing these looms i would love to hear from you!

As expected really , just repair it, also good practise to check the others for fraying or breaks .
Either clean it up , solder it and fit new heat shrink or whatever method you wish.

You can also just remove the damage section and run a new lenght into the plug provided the plugs ok and not corroded.
