Hi folks, I am about to add a reverse camera to my car play equipped B8. I can't find a wiring diagram for the reverse camera so I am not sure where to take power for the camera from. I guess the reverse light is the way to go or is it just a permanent live? I can't see where it would get the reverse signal from if that was the case. Any help much appreciated. Tia

When I done mine on my A4 I used an old ford wiper relay. I tapped off the reverse light for the trigger, then found a spare fuse in the boot fuse box for the main power.
I wouldn't wire it directly to the reverse as in tends to cut out if you do.
