Good morning,
Could anyone provide guidance?
I purchased an A5 (2018) April 2022. The car had apprx 30k miles on the clock. Within 3months it had developed an adblue fault (p20e800) reductant pressure to low and under warranty ecu/module was replaced. Less than one year to the date I have been hit again with adblue no restart. I have now been informed that the car requires adblue tank replacement at a cost of under 2k. I am disgusted. No extended warranty and the dealership have not offered financial support to fix.
I have owned the car 15months and have driven 10k miles in this time.

Is there any connection to these adblue components? That could be seen as an exiting problem?
The dealership could not diagnose the fault so the car was taken to an Audi dealer and had been there since 17th July. I have had to wait for an official notice of fault with invoice and it has taken nearly 3 weeks for this to be provided.

The dealer has only now just spoken to Audi goodwill and I am waiting a response. The car is on PCP.

I have lost all faith in the car and have considered giving it back as it sits.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
