S3 FL exhaust tips removable or welded?

Hi all,

I can't find a clear answer on if the S3 Facelift exhaust tips are welded on or if they can easily be removed and replaced? Thanks

S3 FL original exhaust tips can be knocked off using a soft faced hammer and a flat blade screwdriver to press in the rear tab, ideally you need to get under the car or get it on a ramp for better access. Pics and info in my S3 diary here and scroll down
