Help required alarm has been going off neighbours not happy traced problem to wiper motor/tailgate lock etc have bought all new parts ready to fit my issue is as I took the connector block off from the boot lock I noticed only one pin in the boot lock I assume the other is snapped off in the loom going into the lock any ideas please, Chop off and replace or source a replacement loom if so any idea of part number A3 2008 3dr hatch 2.0 TDI.
