Is the MyAudi app lying to me ? LOL

The MyAudi app on occasion tells me that my car is not secure i.e. Windows or the boot/bonnet are not closed. I check the car and it is all closed and appears locked. Am I not doing something correctly when locking the car or is the App lying to me?

Mine does that - Go out to the garage and everything is ok

It's not the best APP to be honest - Fuel remaining etc seems to match what the car says

Mine did that last night. Told me the lights were on. Then when I refreshed, told me the windows were open. If you can't trust it, there's no point having it.
