Rear silencer OEM part number

I’ve used the parts database to identify the OEM part number for a rear silencer.

It comes up with two.

1K6253609AA - 4 doors 1 point
1K6253609AS - 4 doors 2 point.

What does 1/2 point mean and can I easily identify which one I have?

I tried searching the forum for any posts on this without success.

It is indeed 1K6253609AA for your VIN, the 1 or 2 point is the number of tail pipes.

If you put that number into the likes of autodoc it will give you some aftermarket numbers as I doubt you would want to pay what it costs in the UK ... £407+VAT(@20%).

I’ve used Autodoc Finland before and they have some good deals. Any recommended maker? Any idea who made the originals?
