I’ve just bought a 2001 2.5tdi Quattro sport and already thinking about tuning . There’s no exhaust on the car so I’m having a 3” system custom made from the turbo back . I’ve looked into nozzles and can source a set of those rated up to 300bhp . It’s just the turbo where I’m stuck . I’ve asked my guy if he can fit gt2260v internals in the stock turbo , he says that I have to be careful on turbine choice as to not let the blades hit the vnt fins . I’m taking his word for it and asking advice here , surely it’s been done quite a few times ??? Anybody been there ?
