Mass Airflow Sensors

I am looking for a MAP sensor and I came across part numbers starting with 03G and 04E that looks exactly the same can someone tell me the difference. I have a 1.4 TFSI.

Are you looking for MAF or a MAP sensor? MAF is airflow and MAP is pressure. What part numbers did find?
03G are Audi A4 parts and 04E are A3 parts

Also can you please give me a link for a CV joint for a 8V 1.4 TFSI With 7 speed DSG cause I was looking and I see they only have for 6 speed.. does it matter??
