Hey everyone! Could you fine people please tell me if you can select tracks with the MMI during Bluetooth streaming to your iPhone? Aka while playing iPhone audio over Bluetooth, when you twist the wheel, does it show the track list? And if you select another track, does it change it? Also what's your MMI software version?
My roomie has a 2017 A3 with an old MMI software version (no subwoofer adjustment). When he turns the wheel/knob it brings up the list of tracks in his playlist, but he cannot select one (it just does nothing and keeps playing). I have the newer 1196 software update SD card ready to go hoping it might fix this issue (and add subwoofer option), but when I updated my TT previously, it completely removed the track switching ability (if I turn the wheel, nothing happens now). He would rather not do the update if he can't even see the list anymore.
Can anyone with software 1196 confirm they can still change tracks over iPhone Bluetooth streaming? Thanks!!
