It leaves no marks at all, its just a gel sticker, you will have more difficulty in keeping it on for any length of time. i have removed all of them on mine.

I had my Maxton splitter on for 2 years along with the gel badge. Never showed any sign of shifting. Maybe you had a bad batch.

Nice, looks like porsche viper green - I did briefly consider that colour when i bought my rs3, but i am not that brave!
