Gearbox and diff oils for a quattro and cruise control

Evening guys... What oils should I use in my quattro and how much will I need.

I've got a s line but doesn't have cruise control, do you reckon I'll just need the stalk and not the squib as its a s line with a tight **** first owner.

I'm only asking as I'm away all week in my lorry.

Urmmm I've had hit & miss with B7's being fully compatible, ideally a scan will advise & if you have a multifunctional steering wheel means it is.
