Probably no. Im ****** I have a 2007 A3 with dsg from a golf gtd from 2012, maybe they check dsg code, if I contact them, anyone know if it is worldwide?

Oh dear, this puts a dampener on my new 2011 golf GTI DSG. How do I check for the recall? Does this apply to UK vehicles?

Will follow this one for sure, if there is one thing that worries me about my car its the tranny.

I suppose each Audi of [country/region] do their own things so I wont keep my hopes up to much for US/canada.

How do I check for the recall?

Normally you just wait until you get a letter from Audi.

I called VW UK and they said there was no recall on my Golf GTI DSG which should have been affected, although it might not be official yet so who knows.

Yea I just called them, said they couldn't see anything on their system for my vehicle. Strange, article says that they need to physically check it and can't tell by VIN.

As everyone else says I'm going to keep my ear to the ground on this one. Audi may not contact us as they will save money not carrying out work.

These cars are 10 years+ old now. Never heard of an issue with pressure loss on any 8P forums etc...
