unleaded petrol - which type ?

Hi

I have been using regular unleaded in my a3 1.8T quattro for the last 3 months since I got it...

Looking for the first time at the owners book it suggests premium unleaded !!!

Should I change over.. If so is it safe to mix the tank with the left over of regular and premium ???

You would be better using premium but regular will not hurt anything if you can't get premium. You will find that the car will be more powerful and more economical using premium so the extra cost isn't completely lost.

And you'll be fine mixing premium and regular.
