Still not got round to getting these bushes sorted out as I'm trying to get the best price. It s getting a bit embarrasing now though as the creaking is getting louder and louder. What potential damage can happen the longer I leave it...Is it going to put more strain on the suspension or chassis and cost me more money?

Yes and yes, i'm in the same boat as you mate, mines it been doing it since oct 06 been putting it off and off but now it's got to the stage that i'm scared to drive it incase the axel falls off. Get it done sooner rather than laster costing a hell of a lot more money.
