Roof rails on a saloon?

Not seen any on the options list but wonder if anyone has retrofitted roof rails (like the ones you get on a Sportback) to the Saloon

This would be purely for cosmetic purposes and would be removed before selling to the next owner

I know you can get aftermarket roof rails for the sportback from Xenonz but never seen a Saloon with them one

Never seen it done and the fact that you'd need to drill the roof to fit them would mean you can't really take them off when you sell the car.

I also don't think they would suit the lines of the car at all and that's probably why they haven't been fitted as standard.

Please don't the A3 saloon is a beautiful car just not designed to have an estate or hatchback feature. Especially a non functional one. Guilding a Lily comes to mind.
