12v socket USB charger that doesn't nuke the radio?

So was having probs with the radio and DAB dropping out, read the articles that said it could be the 12v USB charger, and low and behold it is!

So anyone know of a decent USB charger that doesn't interfere with the radio?

Belkin adapters have decent electronic internals. I use a TomTom adapter (2x USB plus a cigarette lighter socket (can’t remember the proper name for it) and that’s fine too.
