yesterday was the long drive from Calais to Carnac in Brittany , a little over 400 miles
Drive down was with out any real dramas although the car did feel like it missed the odd beat now and again .
Weather gradually got warmer the further south we got , by the time we arrived it was low 20s which is nice .
Didn’t see many nice cars except for the one attached, came past us at a decent speed whilst persusing a Porsche Cayman .
We caught up with it a good way down the road at a services, the car was driven by a chap well in to retirement age, must of taken him ten minutes to pull himself out of the car , then following it on a lead was some sort of miniature dog!
Doubt ill ever see one of these on the road again!
If any one gets the chance to come down this way the bridges in la havre are amazing !
The car must of had a thousand dead animals on the front this morning !
Boy did I get some funny looks whilst out cleaning them off then putting a coat of QD on the front end !
Just need to do the windscreen now!
