Hi all long time since I had an A3 (8p). I am about to complete on a purchase of a 2015 e-tron, in silver with 42k on the clock and some nice options, but I have just found out it dose not have ACC (Adaptive Curse Control) somthing that I seem to think I cant live without!

here is the spec:
£ 15,754
Exterior Colour
Floret silver, metallic
Upholstery colour Black
Registration date
30.11.2015 (65)
Mileage 42,482 miles
17” x 7.5J ‘5-arm kinetic’ design alloy wheels with 225/45 R17 tyres
Audi active lane assist
Audi connect
Cruise control
Door mirrors - electrically folding, adjustable and heated
LED headlights / high beam assist
Parking system, rear
Privacy glass
Technology package
Audi pre sense front
Fixed bending and all-weather light

So I have since found another car for £150 more that comes with the following:

Registration Number: YH65GXG
£ 15,900

Exterior Colour
Glacier white, metallic
Upholstery colour
Black
Registration date
15.09.2015 (65)
Mileage 1
58,738 miles
Optional equipment
18” x 7.5J ‘15-spoke Turbine’ design alloy wheels with 225/40 R18 tyres
Adaptive cruise control
Audi connect
Auto-dimming rear-view mirror with light and rain sensor package
Electric panoramic glass sunroof

Electrically adjustable lumbar support
Hill hold assist
LED headlights / high beam assist

So what do I do???
Cancel my order and go for the white one that has ACC and Sun Roof but has 16k miles more on the clock?
or stop being stupid and live with out ACC, and stick with the silver car?

Since the 1st car (silver) has camera and radar I might be able to activate ACC later?

If you like having the speed of your car dictated by the speed of the car in front of you then ACC is a must.

I prefer to set my own speed which ordinary CC does perfectly.

Well, you obviously like both of them and only you can make the decision, so which one looks best when you walk up to it?

cant answer that one as they are both 200 miles away, but I like silver better but is no ACC a deal barker :footy:

We have ACC On a new golf GTD... in the year we’ve had the car I’ve barely used it. It’s clever and all that but I prefer the regular CC on my A3. Much less of a faff to put into operation.
