I have something in mind for the old bus but wanted to check with anyone else first before I go further with it.
On the Quattro varaints , if one was to run narrower rim width on the front and also different offset would there be any noticible change in handling, i'm not talking silly massive changes .
Currently running 8.5j width on an ET35 allround , but thinking 9j rear and 8.5j front with Et35 rear and ET 38 front.

any thoughts on the end result in this config, both 19" dia rims

cheers

Depends what size tyres you run. Aim for no more than 10% difference on rolling radius or it will ruin your centre diff.

I don’t see any problems so as you offset them correctly to clear everything.

19s will be tight but doable....

Thanks chap, i'm already on 19" diameter rims with 235/35 19 rubber .
don't want to stretch any further than that on a 8.5j rim but may have to rethink tyre width on a 9j rim.
