How do everyone.
I'm having a bit of trouble with my 05 Audi A4 Avant (1.9 TDI. BKE), specifically the EGR cooler flexi pipe.
This recently broke and was leaking pressure so I sourced a replacement (which was a pain in the backside!) and fitted it last week, the car was running nice and smooth with the new pipe until this evening when it seems it has suffered the same fate as the first one.
Is this a common issue on these cars? Is there a better replacement than the OEM pipe?
Can the flexi part be joined and replaced with a silicone hose instead?, it seemingly gets very hot so i assume not.
Any other tips other than delete the EGR?
