Audi S3 8V 2014 Rear Fog Lights

I am new to this website and If this has been mentioned in another thread, apologies.

I have an Audi S3 8v 2014. I have done coding to the car for the Coming home/ Leaving home lights through adaptation on VCD. I am now stuck with a problem.

When I put on my low beams when driving at night, the left rear fog light/tail light is on and it doesn't switch off. The coming home leaving home works fine. However, when the low beams come on, the left rear fog light comes on also.

Can anyone please advise on how to switch this off through VCD? It's all in German and I'm not sure what the code is for the left rear light.

Please help! It's driving me insane!!
