Turbo noise + possible boost leak (video)

So my turbo has this whine its quite loud when its cold however you can't hear it when its warmed up and driving, also in the video when I let off the throttle you hear a huge woosh of air is this how it's supposed to sound? (I know the whine i'snt normal but the air?)

Sounds a bit like the police siren symptoms, which I've read bout on here a few months back.
Try searching 'Police siren' and see if it brings up results for you and a resolution. I don't have that model of car so I didn't pay close attention to the thread, but I know it's on the forum somewhere and it may help you.
