Well it must have been very hot.
I guess it's made from pla and that material cant handle more than 50-60°C. Should have been made from abs or at least from petg (100° and 80° rating).
My 3d printed rfid card holder warped badly after leaving it on a car seat on the sun.

Well its been in the armrest compartment since I got it and obviously with the temperatures over the last few weeks it been hot but never exposed to direct sunlight. Have a cabrio so I guess it gets pretty toasty inside.

Got it from the guy who advertised on the forum about 4 months ago - don't know if there is any form of warranty ... I'll contact him.
 
I have an Ultimaker 3 3D printer and can print in ABS if you wish to have a replacement.
 
I wasn't the original creator but I could design my own version.
 
I see that there are few 3d printing fellas here it's a cool tool.
Atkins14 was the creator of the model. Worth sending him pm maybe he can hook you up with abs one.
