Hi.
As the title says, small port vs big port on a small frame turbo?
Frankenturbo f23 with a chinafold, to be exact
I've read all the debates over the years (been following the 1.8t "scene" for three years and read to many forum posts).
From my understanding the latest point of view is that a turbo of this frame benefits more from the small port head, than the big port.
Would you guys agree?
I'm making a new topic instead of deciding from the current posts about the topic since they all seem to be pretty indecisive about wether big or small port is the way to go.
The car currently has a big port head (with a small port inlet manifold tho) and i have a spare small port head, so money wise it doesnt matter. I can build a small port without having downtime on the car tho.
