S3 S-Tronic Hitting Redline.

Hi all, does anybody else’s s-tronic hit the redline in second gear and there’s a slight delay in the upshift? Only happens when in dynamic and auto. As soon as traction control is turned off the problem goes away, also doesn’t do it in manual. Is this something I should be worried about?
